Project Description

Nestling in Bandra, an elite suburb of Mumbai, in the heart of the emerging business district of Mumbai. This is an existing hotel which required refurbishment as the hotel experienced multiple facade failures. This hotel; part of the Taj Group of hotels, aims to cater to the ever increasing demand for hotel rooms in Mumbai. The facade envelope comprises of a combination of window wall and ACP Cladding which was constructed around 15 years back. Due to facade failures over the past few years the client decided to refurbish the hotel and replace all the facade material limited to Stone, Glass and ACP.
