Project Description

The unique double façade is both visually interesting and highly efficient in delivering a comfortable environment for the occupants.  The outer skin is comprised of cast aluminum sunshades that support living plant life via integrated growing medium in stainless steel trays and watering system, stainless steel catwalks for maintenance of the living façade and window wall cleaning.  The exterior living façade is punctuated with structural glass cubes for common areas and meeting rooms.  The internal skin is comprised of conventional full height window wall with integral operable windows for natural ventilation and access to the catwalk at each floor.  The character of the façade continues to evolve with ever changing greenery and shading to the interior spaces.
