Project Description

A crisp, clean facade amidst older weathered buildings is comprised of high performance glass with frit on the number one surface, stainless steel rain screen cladding and high span curtain wall at the ground floor and seventh floor pavilion.  One elevation features an insulated metal panel rain screen facade with articulated window wall.  The entrance vestibules are essentially glass boxes that create temperature stability and security.  The seventh floor terrace features a cantilevered parapet wall which is an extension of the curtain wall.
