Project Description

A distinct new five story residential project in an established Clinton Hill neighborhood in Brooklyn.  The facade features lineal insulated metal panel rain screen cladding, high performance windows and terrace doors, perforated aluminum hand rails and a perforated copper screen with operable openings.  The perforated screen is a digitally enhanced image of the Brooklyn Bridge in abstract.
