LB Enclosures developed a warm material palette to convey the sense of a home to the large midrise structure.  As a private residence it was important to have tactile materials through out the facade enclosure to underscore the purpose of the building.  We combined the use or our cast Tactile Bronze with limestone mounted on our 4080 unitized curtain wall system with automated vents, embedded metal scrims in the glass, cast glass columns and glass wind screens and our green facades.
